We Know The Why (WKTW) is a systems-driven growth agency. This policy describes how we handle information collected through weknowthewhy.com.

• Contact form submissions: Name, email, company, website URL, and message content.
• Scan requests: Website URL, email, and company name.
• Analytics: We use Plausible Analytics, which collects no personal data and uses no cookies, and runs at all times. We also use Google Analytics 4, delivered through Google Tag Manager, which sets cookies and collects usage data. Google Analytics is disabled by default and runs only after you accept it on our cookie banner (we use Google Consent Mode, so no analytics or advertising cookies are set until you opt in).

Cookies and consent

Plausible Analytics is cookieless and runs without consent. Google Analytics, loaded via Google Tag Manager, sets cookies and is switched off until you choose Accept on our cookie banner. Until then, Google Consent Mode keeps all analytics and advertising cookies disabled. You can change or withdraw your consent at any time using the Cookie settings link in the footer, or by clearing this site's data in your browser.

Data storage

Your data is stored securely using industry-standard practices. Contact and scan data is stored in Supabase (hosted on AWS). Payment processing is handled by Stripe — we never store payment card details.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us.
